Design brief
Mount a winch to a standard fleet vehicle (Mazda BT50 Ute) that was capable of performing a controlled pull strength of up to 35 Kilo Newtons, while holding 500 metres of rope. Ensure that it is safe and straightforward to operate in a greenfield land development site. The final product to be capable of carrying two passengers and their equipment, be fuel-efficient, run with minimal noise and be well balanced to provide comfortable travel.

Our experienced team members fabricate, machine and assemble the components for the project.
Infield Testing and Operator Feedback
Our manufacturing team onsite test and deliver the final product to the client. We provide training and long term support during the product life cycle to ensure continuous trouble-free operation.
